Base Charges. 3.1 Recurring monthly Charges will equal the Resource Baseline volume for the relevant month for each Resource Unit that has a Resource Baseline multiplied by its applicable Base Unit Rate (the aggregate sum of such monthly Charges for all Resource Units, or subset thereof as specified in a particular provision of the Agreement or any Schedule, the “Base Charges”), subject to ARCs and RRCs if (and only if) ARCs and RRCs are specified for the relevant Resource Unit in Attachment 4-A.
