Base Charges. Not later than the tenth (10th) day of each month of the Term, Vendor will deliver to Prudential or its designee a correct invoice (the "Monthly Invoice"), together with any supporting documentation that Prudential may request, for the Base Charges relating to Designated Services performed in accordance with this Engagement Schedule during the preceding month. Vendor will provide the Monthly Invoice in a form and detail (including chargeback information) satisfactory to Prudential.
Base Charges. In consideration of vendor providing the designated Services, Prudential will pay to Vendor the Fees for the Designated Services (the "Base Charges") set forth on Attachment D (Service Fees). Except as expressly set forth in this Engagement Schedule, there will be no charges or Fees payable by Prudential in respect of Vendor's performance of its obligations pursuant to this Engagement Schedule.

Base Charges. 3.1 Recurring monthly Charges will equal the Resource Baseline volume for the relevant month for each Resource Unit that has a Resource Baseline multiplied by its applicable Base Unit Rate (the aggregate sum of such monthly Charges for all Resource Units, or subset thereof as specified in a particular provision of the Agreement or any Schedule, the “Base Charges”), subject to ARCs and RRCs if (and only if) ARCs and RRCs are specified for the relevant Resource Unit in Attachment 4-A. Base Charges. Customer will pay Aramark all charges specified in the Catering Agreement and/or on the Catering Order(s). If the Catering Agreement and/or Catering Order(s) specify “per person” charges for an Event, Aramark reserves the right to count guests as they enter (or at a mutually agreeable time when an accurate count may be made) and such charges will not be less than an amount based on the Final Guaranteed Attendance. In addition, Customer will pay to Aramark (1) an administrative charge based on a percentage of all charges for the Services and (2) applicable state and local sales taxes for all charges for the Services, each more specified in the Catering Agreement and/or Catering Order(s). Unless otherwise described in the Catering Agreement, the administrative charge referenced above and in the Catering Agreement and/or on the Catering Order(s) is not intended to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge for the benefit of service employees and no portion of this administrative charge is distributed to employees.
Base Charges. Pursuant to section 2.3(b) and in accordance with section 2.4 of the 2000 Contract, the Baseline Energy Price during the first year of Period Two shall be as follows:

Base Charges. Except as set forth below with respect to additional compensation for additional services, AMEDISYS shall pay HQS for the Service provided under this Agreement and the Service Exhibits at the rates and under the terms set forth in Service Exhibit A. Base Charges. As Base Charges, Time Inc. will pay each of the ------------ following sums monthly for the Services and Equipment identified in Section 2.2:
3.2.1. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Dollars ($22,000) for the Two (2) NADs and Dual T1 service installed at Time Inc. as enumerated in Section 2.2; it being understood that the annualized amount hereof is Two Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Dollars ($264,000).
3.2.2. The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) for each NAD with T1 service connections installed at a Printer as enumerated in Sections 2.3(a) and 2.3(b); it being understood that the annualized amount hereof for each such NAD and T1 service is Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000).
3.2.3. The sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) for each NAD installed on a Printer's Premises without T1 connection principally for standby use pursuant to Section 2.3(a); it being understood that the annualized amount hereof is Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000).
