Bargaining Leave. Subject to operational requirements, leave shall be granted to two (2) employees of the bargaining unit to participate in collective bargaining negotiations with the Company. These employees shall not suffer any loss of regular pay while attending meetings with the Company in these negotiations. This provision shall not apply to any negotiations after an application for conciliation has been made.
