Common use of Bar Clause in Contracts

Bar. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if he should hereafter make any claim or demand or commence or threaten to commence any action, claim or proceeding against the Company Releasees with respect to any cause, matter or thing which is the subject of the release under Paragraph 4 of this Release (other than a claim brought under ADEA), this Release may be raised as a complete bar to any such action, claim or proceeding, and the applicable Company Releasee may recover from the Employee all costs incurred in connection with such action, claim or proceeding, including attorneys’ fees.

Bar. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if he should hereafter make any claim or demand or commence or threaten to commence any action, claim or proceeding against the Company Releasees with respect to any cause, matter or thing which is the subject of the release under Paragraph 4 2 of this Release (other than a claim brought under ADEA), this Release may be raised as a complete bar to any such action, claim or proceeding, and the applicable Company Releasee may recover from the Employee all costs incurred in connection with such action, claim or proceeding, including attorneys’ fees.

Bar. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if he should hereafter make any claim or demand or commence or threaten to commence any action, claim or proceeding against the Company Releasees with respect to any cause, matter or thing which is the subject of the release under Paragraph 4 of this Release (other than a claim brought to challenge the validity of the waiver of claims brought under the ADEA), this Release may be raised as a complete bar to any such action, claim or proceeding, and the applicable Company Releasee may recover from the Employee all costs incurred in connection with such action, claim or proceeding, including attorneys’ fees.

The Employee acknowledges and agrees that that, if he the Employee should hereafter make any claim or demand or commence or threaten to commence any action, claim claim, or proceeding against the Company Releasees with respect to any cause, matter matter, or thing which is the subject of the release under Paragraph 4 of this Release (other than a claim brought under ADEA)Release, this Release may be raised as a complete bar to any such action, claim claim, or proceeding, and the applicable Company Releasee may recover from the Employee all expenses and costs incurred in connection with such action, claim claim, or proceeding, including attorneys’ fees.
