BANKS' LIABILITIES FOR COSTS. If the Guarantor fails to perform any of its obligations under this Clause 21 each Bank shall, in its Proportion, indemnify each of the Agent and the Lead Arrangers against any loss incurred by any of them as a result of such failure.
