Common use of Bank Regulatory Information Clause in Contracts

Bank Regulatory Information. (i) At least five Business Days prior to the Signing Date, the Agents and the Lenders shall have received all documentation and other information required by bank regulatory authorities or reasonably requested by any Agent or any Lender under or in respect of applicable “know-your-customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the PATRIOT Act, that was requested at least 10 Business Days prior to the Signing Date.
