Regulatory Investigations. It shall be the Administrator’s duty and responsibility, and not the Owner Trustee’s duty and responsibility, to cause the Trust to respond to, defend, participate in or otherwise act in connection with any regulatory, administrative, governmental, investigative or other proceeding or inquiry relating in any way to the Trust, its assets or the conduct of its business.
Regulatory Investigations. TCI and TALIC agree to cooperate fully in any insurance or judicial regulatory investigation or proceeding arising in connection with Contracts distributed under this Agreement. TCI and TALIC further agree to cooperate fully in any securities regulatory inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or any judicial proceeding with respect to TALIC, TCI, their affiliates and their representatives to the extent that such inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or judicial proceeding is in connection with Contracts distributed under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing:

AFSG and PFL further agree to cooperate fully in any securities regulatory inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or any judicial proceeding with respect to PFL, AFSG, their affiliates and their representatives to the extent that such inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or judicial proceeding is in connection with Contracts distributed under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing:

AFSG and Transamerica further agree to cooperate fully in any securities regulatory inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or any judicial proceeding with respect to Transamerica, AFSG, their affiliates and their representatives to the extent that such inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or judicial proceeding is in connection with Contracts distributed under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing:
Regulatory Investigations. Each of the General Partner and the Subadvisors, as applicable, shall promptly notify UST and SIGTARP of (a) the commencement of any formal investigation (other than routine or sweep investigations) of which the General Partner or such Subadvisor becomes aware by the SEC or any other regulatory or administrative body with authority over any Relevant Person or Secondary Person, in connection with such Secondary Person’s activities related to the Partnership, that involves an allegation of a material violation of law by such Relevant Person or Secondary Person, as applicable, and (b) the outcome, when resolved, of any such investigation.
Regulatory Investigations. TCI and WRL agree to cooperate fully in any insurance or judicial regulatory investigation or proceeding arising in connection with Contracts distributed under this Agreement. TCI and WRL further agree to cooperate fully in any securities regulatory inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or any judicial proceeding with respect to WRL, TCI, their affiliates and their representatives to the extent that such inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or judicial proceeding is in connection with Contracts distributed under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing:
Regulatory Investigations. At your request, Zapier will assist you in the event of an investigation by a competent regulator, including a data protection regulator or similar authority, if and to the extent that such investigation relates to the Processing of Personal Information by Zapier on your behalf in accordance with this Addendum. Zapier may charge a reasonable fee for such requested assistance except where such investigation arises from a breach by Zapier of the Agreement or this Addendum, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Regulatory Investigations. TCI and MLLIC agree to cooperate fully in any insurance or judicial regulatory investigation or proceeding arising in connection with Contracts distributed under this Agreement. TCI and MLLIC further agree to cooperate fully in any securities regulatory inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or any judicial proceeding with respect to MLLIC, TCI, their affiliates and their representatives to the extent that such inspection, inquiry, investigation or proceeding or judicial proceeding is in connection with Contracts distributed under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing:
Regulatory Investigations. Upon notice to Vendor, Vendor will assist and support Customer in the event of an investigation by any regulator, including a data protection authority, or similar authority, if and to the extent that such investigation relates to Personal Information handled by Vendor on behalf of Customer in accordance with this Exhibit. Such assistance will be at Customer’s sole expense, except where investigation was required due to Vendor’s acts or omissions, in which case such assistance will be at Vendor’s sole expense.
