Common use of Bank Product Providers Clause in Contracts

Bank Product Providers. Each holder of Bank Product Indebtedness, by delivery of a notice to Agent of a Bank Product, agrees to be bound by the Credit Documents, including Section 5.5, this Section 11 and Section 13.4.3. Each holder of Bank Product Indebtedness shall indemnify and hold harmless Agent Indemnitees, to the extent not reimbursed by Obligors, against all Claims that may be incurred by or asserted against any Agent Indemnitee in connection with such provider’s Bank Product Indebtedness.
