Bank Performance. Executive will be responsible for all aspects of the Bank's performance, including without limitation, directing that daily operational and managerial matters are performed in a manner consistent with the Bank's and Company's policies.

Executive will be responsible for all aspects of the performance of the former North Sound Bank offices ("Peninsula Region"), including, without limitation, directing that daily operational and managerial matters are performed in a manner consistent with the Bank's policies.
