Backup Capability Clause Samples

The Backup Capability clause requires a party to maintain systems or processes that ensure data or service continuity in the event of a failure or disruption. Typically, this involves regular data backups, redundant infrastructure, or alternative procedures to restore operations quickly if the primary system becomes unavailable. Its core practical function is to minimize downtime and data loss, thereby ensuring business continuity and protecting against operational risks.
