Bank Accounts; Powers of Attorney. Schedule 4.23 sets forth a true and complete list of (i) all bank accounts and safe deposit boxes of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries and all Persons who are signatories thereunder or who have access thereto, and (ii) the names of all Persons holding general or special powers of attorney from the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and a summary of the terms thereof (excluding ministerial powers of attorney granted to representatives of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that are terminable at will).
