No Powers of Attorney. The Company has no powers of attorney or similar authorizations outstanding.
No Powers of Attorney. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.25, the Company does not have any powers of attorney or comparable delegations of authority outstanding.
No Powers of Attorney. The Buyer has no powers of attorney or similar authorizations outstanding.
No Powers of Attorney. Except as set forth in Section 2.26 of the Disclosure Schedule, neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any powers of attorney or comparable delegations of authority outstanding.
No Powers of Attorney. The SP1 Borrower shall not grant any powers of attorney to any Person for any purposes except (i) for the purpose of permitting any Person to perform any ministerial or administrative functions on behalf of the XX0 Xxxxxxxx which are not inconsistent with the terms of the Loan Documents, (ii) to the Administrative Agent for the purposes of the Security Agreements, Pledge Agreements and Guaranties, or (iii) where otherwise provided or permitted by the Loan Documents.
No Powers of Attorney. The Company has not granted any power of attorney or similar authority which remains in force and which would in any manner affect their ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

There are in force no powers of attorney given by any of the Companies nor any other authority (express, implied or ostensible) given by any of the Companies to or in favour of any person (as agent or otherwise) to enter into any agreement, contract or commitment or to do anything on their behalf except as set out in the Disclosure Schedule. The Disclosure Schedule sets out details of all persons who have authority to bind each of the Companies in the ordinary course of their business.
No Powers of Attorney. There are no outstanding powers of attorney or other authorizations granted by the Purchaser or any Purchaser Subsidiary to any third party to bind the Purchaser or any Purchaser subsidiary to any Contract, Liability or obligation.
No Powers of Attorney. Except as set forth in Section 2.26 of the Disclosure Schedule, neither Company has powers of attorney or comparable delegations of authority outstanding.
No Powers of Attorney. EGPI and the Subsidiary have no outstanding powers or attorney and no obligations concerning its performance hereunder.
