Bank Accounts; Power of Attorney. Schedule 3.29 of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth a (a) a true and complete list of the names and locations of all banks, trust companies, securities brokers and other financial institutions at which the Company has an account or safe deposit box or maintains a banking, custodial, trading or other similar relationship (collectively, the “Bank Accounts”), (b) a true and complete list and description of each such Bank Account, indicating in each case the account number and the names of the respective Representatives of the Company having signatory power with respect thereto and (c) a true and complete list of the names of all Persons holding general or special powers of attorney from the Company and a summary of the terms thereof.
