Band 3. A Teacher will progress to Band 3 from the first full pay period on or after 1 February in the year immediately after the Teacher has: (i) achieved Proficient Teacher accreditation and maintained that level of accreditation for at least five full-time equivalent years of service by the end of the year in which the application is assessed in the case of Teachers for whom such accreditation is required; and (ii) been assessed by ISTAA as meeting the ISTAA Experienced Teacher standards.
