Common use of Bailiffs Clause in Contracts

Bailiffs. Deputy Sheriffs assigned as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be assigned an eight (8) hour workday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ are not relieved from duty by the assigned judge, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s lunch period will be paid and count as hours worked. When ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ are able to be relieved from duty as determined by the judge, meal periods will not be compensated or count towards hours worked. When assigned full or partial days to patrol they shall work a straight eight (8) hour shift including, when time permits, a thirty (30) minute lunch period.
