Bag Fee Clause Samples
Bag Fee. If the special item is being carried in lieu of the one (or, first) Checked bag, the first Checked bag fee applies, if any. For all other special items, Excess Bag Fees apply and are cumulative subject to Excess Baggage rules in this Section.
Bag Fee. The fee which would have applied to the Checked Bag applies for the transport of the special items carried in lieu of that Checked Bag.
