Common use of Bad Checks Clause in Contracts

Bad Checks. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay, as additional rent, a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for any check that is not honored by the bank. Landlord reserves the right to require future rent payments in the form of a money order, certified check, or credit card.
