Contractor and all Security guards are required to complete and comply with all background checks, registration and training requirements as listed on the Department of State, Division of Licensing Services website: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/licensing/securityguard/sguard.html and the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services website: (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xxx/ops/sgtraining/index.htm) and Contractor and Fire Safety/EAP Directors must comply with Title 3 of the Rules of the City of New York § 113-03 Fire Safety/EAP Director Certificates of Fitness prior to the Candidate beginning services at a Facility. An Authorized User may require in an RFQ additional training which may include but not be limited to:
