B SAFETY Sample Clauses
The B SAFETY clause establishes the obligations and standards related to maintaining a safe environment within the scope of the agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of each party to comply with applicable safety laws, regulations, and best practices, and may require the implementation of specific safety measures, such as providing protective equipment or conducting regular safety training. By clearly defining these requirements, the clause helps prevent accidents and injuries, ensures legal compliance, and allocates responsibility for safety-related issues between the parties.
