Awards under the Framework Agreement. 7.2 If the Authority or any Other Contracting Body decides to source the Available Goods and Services through the Framework then it will award its Goods and Services Requirements in accordance with the procedure in paragraph 7 (and schedule 3 - Ordering Form) and the requirements of the Regulations and the Guidance.
