Avoiding Interruptions Sample Clauses
The 'Avoiding Interruptions' clause is designed to ensure that the performance of contractual obligations proceeds without unnecessary delays or disruptions. In practice, this clause may require parties to take reasonable steps to prevent interruptions, such as maintaining backup systems, scheduling maintenance outside of critical periods, or promptly addressing foreseeable issues that could impede progress. Its core function is to promote the smooth and timely execution of the contract by minimizing the risk of avoidable stoppages or delays.
Avoiding Interruptions. This procedure shall not be construed to permit interruptions of classroom or other College activities or to authorize the involvement of students at any LEVEL of the procedure. In circumstances where a critical witness available to prove or disprove the existence of a fact is a student, then in such a case the student may be a witness.
