Common use of Available Time Clause in Contracts

Available Time. Consultant shall make available such time as it, in its sole discretion, shall deem appropriate for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. If at any time the Company believes that Consultant is failing to perform its obligations under this Agreement or is not devoting sufficient time to such performance, the Company shall notify Consultant in writing of such belief, which notice shall specify the details underlying such belief. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any differences of opinion with respect thereto in the soonest practicable time.

The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any differences of opinion with respect thereto in the soonest practicable timeCompany.
