Common use of Availability of Project-Related Records to Owner Clause in Contracts

Availability of Project-Related Records to Owner. All records relating directly or indirectly to the Project which are in the possession or control of Contractor shall be made available to Owner, its designee, and any governmental authority for audit, inspection, and copying upon request of Owner’s Representative. Such records include, without limitation: all drawings, specifications, Submittals, subcontractor bids, the Daily Log, correspondence, the Request Log, the Submittal Log, minutes, memoranda, tape or videotape recordings, or other writings or things which document the Project, its design, and its construction.
