Common use of AVAILABILITY OF PLANS Clause in Contracts

AVAILABILITY OF PLANS. Prior to and during construction/erection of the IMPROVEMENTS, the CONTRACTOR shall ensure that a copy of the working drawings and plans in respect of the IMPROVEMENTS, as approved in terms of the GUIDE, is on site and available at all times to the CONTRACTOR'S employees, as well as being available for inspection by the HOA during all working hours.
