Common use of Availability of Goods/Services Available Clause in Contracts

Availability of Goods/Services Available. If there is an availability issue with some of the Goods and/or Services, The Supplier shall promptly notify Oxford Innovation Services Ltd. The Supplier shall be responsible for any cost increase in the shipment of Goods due to its failure to meet the Delivery Date and/or if such method does not comply with delivery instructions of Oxford Innovation Services Ltd.
