AVAILABILITY OF FEDERAL. FUNDS Upon agreement between the Fund on behalf of itself or its Portfolios and the Custodian, the Custodian shall, upon the receipt of Proper Instructions from the Fund or Portfolio, make federal funds available to the Fund or Portfolio as of specified times agreed upon from time to time by the Fund or Portfolio and the Custodian in the amount of checks received in payment for Shares of such Fund or Portfolio which are deposited into the Fund's or Portfolio's account.
