Availability of Employees. Each Party shall make its employees engaged in activities relating to this Agreement and relevant nonemployee consultants reasonably available, upon reasonable notice during normal business hours, at their respective places of employment to consult with the other Party on issues arising during the term hereof and in connection with any request from any regulatory agency, including regulatory, scientific, technical and clinical testing issues.
