Availability of Deposit Notices. (a) Employees shall receive their deposit notices bi-weekly. Overtime pay will be included in the regular pay for the pay period next succeeding the pay period during which overtime was earned. On each pay day, each employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages, overtime and other supplementary pay and deductions.
