Automated System Enhancements. Modify and enhance automated systems relating to the child support program, including but not limited to the IV-A to IV-D (CARES/KIDS) computer interfaces and develop a computer interface with Wisconsin Circuit Court Access via CCAP (Consolidated Court Automation Programs), in order to meet Federal program requirements and ensure that the system operates efficiently and in a manner that supports CSA program operations and performance improvements. The Department agrees to continue to take all necessary actions to modify automated systems, fully utilize all funds authorized by the legislature for the modification and enhancement of the automated systems in a timely and effective manner.
