Autographs. The PWHL and/or its Team(s) may reasonably require Players to sign autographs for fans following the conclusion of any PWHL Games in accordance with this Section 21.5. Post-game autograph signings shall not be compensated. In addition, in each League Year, a Player may be required to participate in two (2) autograph signing sessions on non-game days without additional compensation. Such signings shall be considered Promotional Appearances under Section 21.2, above. Any required autograph signing sessions not covered by this Section 21.5 or Section 21.2, above, shall be compensated in accordance with either Section 21.3 or Section 22.1, as appropriate. Required autograph signings shall not be longer than thirty (30) minutes on a game day and sixty (60) minutes on non-game days. No more than twelve (12) Players may be required to be present at each game day autograph signing, and each Team shall use good-faith efforts to use the entire roster of Players throughout the course of the League Year in connection with autograph signings.

Autographs. Exhibitor will not sell autographs of celebrities or other notable personages as their primary (or only) stock in trade unless Exhibitor is selling their own signature or is acting as a direct representative of the celebrity or other notable personage. This includes, but is not limited to the signatures of celebrity guests of Anime Boston 2016, or the author of a book. Ex- hibitor is allowed to sell autographed items as up to 5% of all of their entire exhibit installation. The definitions of “celebrity” and “notable personage” are left to the discretion of Promoter. Calculation of percentage makeup of autographed items is left to the discretion of Promoter.
Autographs. The four cards are: 1x Base Autograph, 1x Refractor, 1x Blue Refractor and 1x Gold Refractor. • Of 686 submitted base autographs 85 have received a grade of BGS 10 with 13 graded higher. • Of 352 submitted refractor autographs 45 have received a grade of BGS 10 with 5 graded higher. • Of 145 submitted blue refractor autographs 21 have received a grade of BGS 10 with 4 graded higher. • Of 45 submitted gold refractor autographs 7 have received a grade of BGS 10 with only 1 graded higher. Notable Features: • These cards received grades of BGS10, meaning 3 of the 4 subgrade categories were given perfect 10s and one category received a 9.5. Notable Defects: There are none.
Autographs. Should ARTIST decide to sign autographs, adequate security as required will be provided by BUYER at BUYER'S sole cost and expense.

  • Manuals Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof.   • Listings <<customer_name>> shall provide all new, changed and deleted listings on a timely basis and BellSouth or its agent will include <<customer_name>> residential and business customer listings in the appropriate White Pages (residential and business) or alphabetical directories. Directory listings will make no distinction between <<customer_name>> and BellSouth subscribers.

  • Interfaces Bellcore’s GR-446-CORE defines the interface between the administration system and LIDB including specific message formats. (Bellcore’s TR-NWP-000029, Section 10)

  • Samples Physical examples of materials, equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and that establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged. The Contractor shall furnish for approval all samples required by the Contract Documents. The Work shall be in accordance with approved samples.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

  • Advertisements Any advertising, sales literature or other promotional material (including “prospectus wrappers,” “broker kits,” “road show slides,” “road show scripts” and “electronic road show presentations”) authorized in writing by or prepared by the Fund or the Investment Adviser and used in connection with the public offering of the Securities (collectively, “sales material”) does not contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading. All sales material complied and will comply in all material respects with the applicable requirements of the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act and the Rules and Regulations and the rules and interpretations of FINRA.
