Authorized Territory. The Authorized Territory (“Territory”) shall be limited to those listed in Schedule B. VAR, shall not distribute the Licensed Software, directly or indirectly, outside of the Territory without the prior written consent of NSI. VAR may not knowingly distribute the Licensed Software to Sub-VARs, Dealers or Customer Accounts who may re-export the Licensed Software in violation of Section (f) below.
