Authorized Signatories. Contractor shall prepare and sign any required biohazardous disposal manifests and/or shipping papers. Disposal of all material shall be consistent with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. The disposal manifests and/or shipping papers shall also be signed by an authorized Purchaser representative, and the Purchaser shall provide Contractor with a list of authorized signatories.
