Common use of Authorized Purposes Clause in Contracts

Authorized Purposes. The rights granted to Licensee under this Agreement are solely for Authorized Purposes. Authorized Purposes are: (a) Internal Use: Licensee may allow employees of the Licensee organization to search, retrieve, display, download and process data from the Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF) through Licensee’s or Licensee’s contractors’ or partners’ computer system for the Licensee organization’s own internal needs;
