Common use of Authorized Persons Clause in Contracts

Authorized Persons. As used in this Agreement, the term “Authorized Person” means employees or agents including investment managers as have been designated by written notice from the Customer or its designated agent to act on behalf of the Customer under this Agreement. Such persons shall continue to be Authorized Persons until such time as the Bank receives Instructions from the Customer or its designated agent that any such employee or agent is no longer an Authorized Person.

Authorized Persons. Such persons shall continue to be Authorized Persons until such time as the Bank receives Instructions from the Customer or its designated agent Authorized Persons that any such employee officer or agent is no longer an Authorized Person.
