Authorization to Initiate an ACH. Debit from a Linked Account. If your Primary Linked Account is a checking or savings account, you hereby authorize us and our successors and assigns to debit such Primary Linked Account via ACH in the amount of your Card Balance. If there are insufficient funds in your Primary Linked Account to pay your Card Balance, and you have provided another checking or savings account as a Linked Account, you authorize us to alternatively initiate an ACH debit from such Linked Account. AtoB, in its sole discretion, may choose to delay when it initiates the ACH debit from a Linked Account. If an ACH debit from a Linked Account fails for any reason, you authorize us, our successors and assigns, to reattempt the ACH debit until it is successful, or to debit any other Linked Account that is a checking or savings account until your entire Card Balance has been paid.
