Authorization System Availability. The Planet Payment authorization system will have availability of at least [*], as measured on a calendar monthly basis. Solely with respect to the MICROS Gateway Services described in Section 5 of the Agreement, the MICROS Payment Gateway services will have availability of at least [*], as measured on a calendar monthly basis.

The authorization on-line system will be available via primary, backup, or tertiary to respond to authorization inquiries 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for at least 99.75% of the total minutes in the month. Applications not supported on the backup or tertiary authorization on-line systems are excluded from this measurement. This includes Address Verification Service (AVS), Card Activation, Instant Credit, Hot Calls, Lost/Stolen, Warning Bulletins, referral memory, name match, REF referral queue, batch auths, and ODS authorization RPC.
