The POS Services clause defines the scope and terms under which point-of-sale (POS) services are provided by one party to another. Pos Services. As part of our Services we may offer point of sale services, which include enabling us and our third party partners to make the insurance available to your customers via our Freighty application at the time they purchase goods from your platform or store (POS Services). The Freighty Shipment Insurance is underwritten by Chubb Australia Limited (ABN 23 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, AFSL 239687). We are an authorised representative (AR number 001269732) of BMS Risk Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 45 161 187 980, AFSL 461594) (BMS), which permits us to provide financial services in connection with the insurance. We only provide general advice in relation to the insurance and will not consider your customer’s personal objectives, financial situation or needs in relation to the insurance. We may stop providing or suspend providing any of the Services including the POS Services at any time and for any reason and if we stop providing all the Services this agreement also terminates. Where possible, we will provide you with reasonable notice of any suspension or of us stopping to provide any of the Services. In the event we stop or suspend providing any of the Services, we will continue to perform any obligations that we may have in connection with any insurance underwritten prior to such stoppage or suspension. We will be solely responsible for managing insurance claims that arise in connection with the insurance. You must not do anything to alter, modify, add to, obscure or frame any materials, information or computer code we make available through the Services, including any logo, design, text, graphic and their arrangement, our Freighty application or APIs or the insurance.
Pos Services. Blue Eats™ will not at this stage be able to connect with Restaurant’s point-of-sale (“POS”) system. Restaurant will receive an order either by email or via the Blue Eats™ bespoke app on a device supplied by Restaurant
Pos Services. (a) Supplier shall perform the POS Services in accordance with the services description in Attachment A of this Statement of Work, and covered Equipment lists in Exhibit D.16 (Gap Equipment).
(b) POS Services apply to the following Store Equipment as follows:

POS Configuration services consist of warranty and off-warranty hardware maintenance to provide responses in accordance with Exhibit B (Service Level Agreement). New POS Configurations will include the purchase of a * warranty by Gap.
Pos Services. The “POS Services” include an integrated system that combines Hardware, software, and services that allow Client to process orders and payments from fixed or mobile devices and integrate the resulting data with certain of iMerchant Direct’s other Services. The POS Services for restaurants (“iMerchant Direct Restaurant POS”) include features designed specifically for restaurants and the sale of Hardware to the Client at a discount.
Pos Services. The Hudl Ticket Services may include functionality that allows Organization to offer Digital Tickets for sale to Event Guests via POS Services at the Event venue on the day of the Event. In order to use these POS Services (if Hudl makes them available to Organization), Organization must separately purchase a Stripe POS Device from Hudl and use the Hudl Ticket Reader mobile app in order to process the payment and complete the sale.
