Common use of Authorization Cards Clause in Contracts

Authorization Cards. The Employer will honor such authorization cards pursuant to the Maintenance of Membership Agreement as provided in Paragraph 5 of this Section. The sample authorization card is as follows: I hereby authorize the Payroll Supervisor of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School District to deduct professional dues (BWEA, PSEA, NEA) from my paychecks according to the terms agreed upon between the District and the Association. The authorization shall be valid unless I notify the Association Officers and the Payroll Supervisor in writing that said authorization has been withdrawn.
