Authority's costs. 40.6 Sub-hubco shall reimburse the Authority for all reasonable costs incurred by the Authority in exercising any of its rights pursuant to this Clause 40 (Sub-hubco Event of Default) (including, without limitation, any relevant increased administrative expenses). The Authority shall take reasonable steps to mitigate such costs.
