Authority to Insure. The Company may (but shall not be obligated to) purchase and maintain insurance to protect itself and any Agent against any expense asserted against or reasonably and actually incurred by such Agent, whether or not the Company would have the power to indemnify such Agent against such expense under applicable law or the provisions of this Section 5.5.
