Authority to Bind Contractor. The signatory for the Contractor represents that he/she has been duly authorized to execute this Contract on behalf of the Contractor and has obtained all necessary or applicable approvals to make this Contract fully binding upon the Contractor when his/her signature is affixed, and accepted by the State.

Authority to Bind Contractor. Upon receipt of a fully executed copy of this Agreement, the Contractor shall furnish to the City a written list of the persons authorized to execute, on behalf of the Contractor, agreements, contracts, modifications to contracts, or other documents as they may be required by the City. In the event authority is delegated to a position (e.g., President, Vice- President, Treasurer) rather than to an individual, the list of positions and individuals filling those positions so authorized shall be furnished. If any changes should occur to this list during the term of this Agreement, a revised copy shall be promptly furnished to the City.
