Authority to Execute Amendment. By signing this Amendment, the Parties expressly understand and agree that this Amendment is hereby made a part of the Agreement as though it were set out word for word therein. The Parties have executed this Amendment as authorized in Section 15 ( ) of the Agreement and in their capacities as stated below with authority to bind their organizations on the dates set forth by their signatures.
