Common use of Authority to Charge Account Clause in Contracts

Authority to Charge Account. Borrower hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to charge the Designated Deposit Account or any other demand deposit account maintained by Borrower with the Administrative Agent, in such amounts as may from time to time be necessary to cause timely payment of principal, interest, fees and other charges payable by Borrower under the Loan Documents, but only to the extent that any such payment is not otherwise made when due. Nothing herein shall obligate the Administrative Agent to charge any such account in this manner or to charge any account at a time when there are not sufficient good funds in such account.
