Common use of Authority to Charge Account Clause in Contracts

Authority to Charge Account. (a) Borrower hereby authorizes Bank of America upon notice from the Administrative Agent to charge the Funding Account and thereafter to remit to the Administrative Agent, in such amounts as may from time to time be necessary to cause timely payment of principal, interest, fees and other charges payable by Borrower under the Loan Documents.
