AUTHORITY RE Clause Samples

The 'AUTHORITY RE' clause establishes which party or individual has the legal power to act on behalf of another party in relation to the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the scope and limitations of the authority granted, such as signing documents, making decisions, or entering into binding commitments. By clearly defining who holds such authority, the clause helps prevent disputes over unauthorized actions and ensures that all parties know who is empowered to represent their interests under the contract.
