Common use of Authority of Xxxxxxx’s Signatory Clause in Contracts

Authority of Xxxxxxx’s Signatory. Upon execution, Xxxxxxx shall return the executed copies of this Agreement in accordance with the instructions provided by XXX along with documentation ensuring that the below signatory has authority to bind Grantee to this Agreement as of the date of execution. Documentation may be in the form of a legal opinion from the Grantee’s attorney, or other reliable documentation demonstrating such authority, and is hereby incorporated by reference. DEO may, at its discretion, request additional documentation related to the below signatory’s authority to bind Grantee to this Agreement.
