The Authority Functions clause defines the specific powers and responsibilities granted to certain individuals or bodies within an organization or under an agreement. Authority Functions. The Authority will function to:
a. Plan, direct, oversee and administer delivery of Transit Services within the service area.
b. Accept and expend state and federal transit funds.
c. Perform any functions directed by the Board in furtherance of the foregoing or other programs as determined by the Board.
d. Involve public officials and citizens as members of committees to advise the Authority on a non-binding basis.
Authority Functions. The LIDDA shall:
1. Conduct local planning, develop policy, coordinate, develop and allocate resources, and provide oversight for IDD services in the LSA in accordance with Attachment H (Authority Functions); and
2. Supervise and ensure the provision of IDD services identified in Attachment F (Description of IDD Services) to consumers identified in Attachment E (Description of Consumers), within the LSA.
Authority Functions. “INNOPHOS” agrees to facilitate exercise of the functions of maritime, port, customs, sanitation, immigration, and in general all authorities that must act to oversee and supervise operations within the ASSIGNED AREA.
