Common use of Authorised Signatures Clause in Contracts

Authorised Signatures. Any person specified as its authorised signatory pursuant to any document required to be delivered under schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent Documents) to the Second Supplemental Agreement or Subclause 17.5 (Information – miscellaneous) is authorised to sign Requests (in the case of each Borrower only) and other documents or notices on its behalf.
