ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

Reaffirmation and Confirmation Borrower hereby ratifies, affirms, acknowledges and agrees that the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which it is a party represent the valid, enforceable and collectible obligations of Borrower, and further acknowledges that there are no existing claims, defenses, personal or otherwise, or rights of setoff whatsoever with respect to the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document. Certificate of Conformance At Buyer’s request, a Certificate of Conformance stating the Products conform to all Order requirements shall accompany each shipment. Seller shall have available for review all sub-tier certifications for goods and processes that support the shipment.
