Common use of Audit Access Clause in Contracts

Audit Access. The Operator shall allow the Authority all reasonable access to its records in order to verify the accuracy of the Project Accounts and/or Regular Reports, and the Operator is otherwise subject to the audit requirements set out in this Agreement.
